Airman Trainer Terms of Use

These terms apply to Airman Trainer, a private catalog-authoring and publishing workspace operated by Waggie LLC. By accepting an invitation or using Trainer, you agree to these terms and the Trainer Privacy Policy.

Invite-only access

Access requires Sign in with Apple and an authorized one-time invitation. Invitations, links, codes, and credentials are personal and must not be shared. Roles limit what each account can view, edit, approve, or publish. Access may be suspended or revoked when authorization ends or security requires it.

Authorized use and prohibited information

Use Trainer only for authorized catalog preparation, localization, review, media staging, and publishing. Do not upload classified or controlled information, official-system credentials, DoD ID, SSN, CAC or myFitness credentials, customer personal data, workout routes, or content you lack permission to use.

Organization-owned work and attribution

Catalog text, reviews, approvals, published media evidence, and publishing work created through an organizational role are organization-owned work and remain available after an account is deactivated or deleted. Private media drafts and staging files are deleted. Mutable catalog attribution is removed during deletion. A server-only raw account identifier may remain temporarily in the protected deletion record until Firebase Auth deletion is confirmed. A one-way invited-email hash and raw account identifier remain in immutable security audit, import, release, release-sequence, and catalog-cutover records for the lifetime of those records where required to preserve security, authorship, and cryptographic or publishing integrity.

Account deletion

You may delete your account inside the app without contacting support. Deletion removes your sign-in, profile, contact and redeemed-invitation information, private media drafts and staging files, and that account's local recovery data. It does not remove organization-owned catalog work or rewrite the limited immutable records described above.

Unofficial product

Airman Trainer and Airman PT are unofficial products. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of the Air Force, Department of Defense, or U.S. government. Trainer is not an official personnel, fitness, records, or credential system.

Service availability and enforcement

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable. Do not rely on Trainer as the only copy of source material. Waggie LLC may restrict access, remove content, or preserve records when reasonably needed to protect users, catalog integrity, legal rights, or service security.
