Airman Trainer Support
Airman Trainer is a private workspace for invited people who prepare and publish the organization’s training catalog. It is separate from customer scores, workouts, routes, and progress in Airman PT.
Do not send invitation codes, DoD ID, SSN, CAC credentials, myFitness credentials, classified or controlled information, or customer personal data.

Why do I still need an invitation after signing in?
Sign in with Apple establishes your account. A separate one-time invitation assigns authorized Trainer roles. Signing in alone does not grant catalog access.
What if Apple gives me a private relay email address?
Your invitation does not need to match Apple’s private relay address. Enter the complete one-time invitation code or link that was delivered to you.
Why can I see only the published catalog?
Your assigned role controls access. Viewer accounts cannot see draft catalog or publishing details. Contact your organization’s authorized administrator if your role appears incorrect.
How do I delete my Trainer account?
Open Account & Privacy from any signed-in Trainer screen and choose Delete Trainer account. Confirm with Apple and follow the in-app progress. Support approval is not required.
Deletion removes your Trainer sign-in, account profile and contact information, contact data from every linked mutable invitation, private media drafts and staging files, and only that account's local recovery data. Organization-owned catalog work remains, but your attribution is removed from mutable catalog records.
A server-only raw account identifier is kept temporarily while an interrupted Firebase Auth deletion is completed. A one-way invited-email hash and your account identifier also remain in immutable security audit, catalog import, publishing release, and catalog-cutover records for the lifetime of those records. This limited retention preserves security, authorship, and cryptographic or publishing integrity and is not anonymous full erasure.
What privacy choices do I have?
Review the Trainer Privacy Policy before signing in. You can delete your account in the app without contacting support. Airman Trainer does not use advertising or cross-app tracking.
How can I send accessibility feedback?
Email Trainer support with the device, screen, assistive feature, and what blocked you. Do not include confidential catalog content or account credentials.
